JC, Wanda, and Devon Croan - House Parents JC Croan was born and raised in the Bangor, Maine area. Throughout his childhood, he worked dairy farms, and upon graduating high school, he began working for the Agway Corporation (Farm, Home and Garden Store). By the time he was in his mid 30s he was managing the largest store in Maine. When the farming industry began to suffer in Maine, he changed his career options to truck driving and saw the country.
Wanda Croan was born and raised in the Lewiston/Auburn, Maine area. She graduated from high school and attended college to obtain two Associate Degrees and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Administration and Business. She worked at TD Banknorth for 15 years.
In 2008, the Lord moved JC and Wanda to Kentucky where they began attending Bethel Fellowship Church. Their son, Devon, began attending Bethel Christian Academy and Wanda became a middle school teacher. In the spring of 2009, the Lord opened yet another door and now they serve as the ranch house parents. Wanda continues to teach in the middle school and JC also serves as the Ranch Foreman.
