Jeff and Claudia Kelsey - Administrators
As a young man in the 7th grade, Jeff was sent to a private boarding school where he gained a valuable education, received Christ as his Savior, and learned the value of minstry to youth. Since graduation, he has spent many years working with adults and youth who have disadvantages that create unstable environments in which to live. Jeff has 16 years experience in law-enforcement and 20+ years in the military.
Claudia was born into a ministry family and received Christ as her Savior when she was eight. She graduated from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Ky. in 1992 and went to teach at Oneida Baptist Institute in Oneida, Ky. While she was at OBI, she met Jeff, also serving there, and they married. She has experience in teaching, juvenile court system, and several non-profits.
Jeff and Claudia came to McDaniels, Ky in 2005 where their vision of a boarding school/ranch was connected with the same vision of the people of Bethel Fellowship. They acquired donated land and broke ground on the first ranch house in the spring of May 2006.
Jeff and Claudia have three children, Judianne, Elaina, and Samuel.
