There are several ways that Rough River Youth Development is raising funds to operate the Ranch.  Hopefully you can find one of these ways to lend a helping hand.

1.     GoodSearch

GoodSearch.com is a website dedicated to helping charities raise additional money through searching the web.  At their home page you enter RRYR as your charity of choice then use their search engine everytime you search just like you would with google or yahoo.  For every search, GoodSearch donates $.01 to the ranch.  Also you will find on the home page GoodShop.  Through GoodShop you can shop at any of the online stores listed and that store will donate a percentage of your purchase to the ranch also.  It's a great way to help!

2.     Monthly Sponsor

All of the students at the ranch come from various backgrounds.   Rough River Youth Development has always wanted to help youth regardless of whether their families are able to help financially or not.  We are always in need of sponsors for these young men to attend school and live at the ranch.  It takes many coming together to provide for one student.   If you would like to be a monthly sponsor of whatever amount the Lord leads you to give or if you would like to give a one time monetary gift, please contact us.

3.     Gifts or Donations

Our goal by the end of 2010 is to be a fully operating, self-sustainable farm.  We currently have a need for a dairy cow, beef critters, and pigs.  Someone has already graciously donated 40-50 chickens.
